Refunds

Payments are made in-store at Barber Shop Rockstar Busto Arsizio. Since no online payments are processed through the app/website, refunds are handled directly at the shop and evaluated case by case.

Cancellations & No-shows

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance. If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the service is considered missed.
